The Alarm Clock in You....

Have you ever thought of getting up early in the morning without the help of an alarm clock? Yes we all do but the fact is we do not succeed more often. And what we all usually do is set an alarm 5-10 minutes prior to the time we need to wake up and press the snooze button so that we get 5 more minutes back in the bed :P. 
So it was 4 years ago that i came over this method, and it was explained by one of my teacher from college. The very day i was eager to try it but then i forgot to try it for some time. Later when the exams came up i decided to give it a try and yes it did work perfectly. It was one hell of a miracle for me coz i never get up early even if the alarm buzzes me, at times i dont even hear it :P. 
So here it is, the method is as simple as it is. Before you go to sleep, check the time and off to the bed you go after turning off the lights.Now laying down on the bed imagine your wall clock in your mind and imagine the hour and minute hand to be positioned at the time that you need to wake up. Now this is the important part, make up your 'mind' and imagine seeing the time when you need to wake up on the clock and tell yourself that 'I need to wake up at so and so time'. Now have a pleasant sleep and wait for you to wake yourself up at around the time that you had imagined coz even if the artificial clock stops running the clock inside you will wake you up.(But only if you are alive :P)

Now this is worth a try but make sure that you do have a back up alarm clock to the rescue in case you you dont get up :P. Well this worked for me and i am sure some of you might find this helpful. And remember the clock in you doesn't have the Snooze function :P
